Overview
Hammond 1555F Series – Type 4, 4X Enclosures:
Hammond 1555F Series water-tight electronic enclosures are designed for harsh industrial environments or outdoor applications (security, outdoor wireless, controls, etc.). They are built tough with thick side walls and heavy-duty integral wall-mounting flanges which are built to take abuse. They're ideally suited for internal mounting of PC boards, inner panels, or DIN rail components. The water-tight gasket protects against ingress of liquids. Polycarbonate versions are UL Listed Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12, and 13. All versions are designed to meet IP66. Available in ten sizes ranging from 4.70" x 2.6" x 1.65" (119 mm x 66 mm x 42 mm) to 7.10" x 4.7" x 2.44" (180 mm x 119 mm x 62 mm).
